No access to ECOHELP marketplace support portal

Dear Atlassian Team,
I’m new to the marketplace and submitted my app about 4 weeks ago and got rejected due to timeout.
The old ticket ID was

ECOHELP-98537
I just resumitted it to get the ticket ID ECOHELP-104156.

I accepted the invite from MarketplaceP to join “the team” and do have access to https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/. I see ECOHELPPUB in the spaces but can’t access ECOHELP and also can’t access my tickets. If I try doing this I get this:

This impacts me as well. I have not found any way around it. Contacting support seems pointless. Months have elapsed.
