Not able to add Space Admin Sidebar and Permissions header using Meta tag in Plugin

Hi Team,

We are trying to develop a custom build Confluence Plugin where we have added a web-item and servlet.
The web-item is placed with name “AAD Permissions” under “Permissions” section of space (as attached in the screenshot).

When I click on the web item, servlet doGet method will render the init.vm file.
In init.vm I have added the meta tag with content tag:

ADD People Picker space-admin-aad-permission-manager/content> But still, I am not able to see the sidebar and header contents (as attached in the above screenshot).

Can you please let me know why I am not able to view the sidebar contents of the space and headers?
