I’m doing a script to update assets objects and I need to get the tickets related to the objects (having an assets customfield with the value of object)
I am using the objectconnectedtickets endpoint (docu: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/assets/rest/api-group-objectconnectedtickets/#api-group-objectconnectedtickets) but I am having problems because this get only gives me the unresolved tickets, even if I don’t have a filter on:
I need to update the value from one object to another even for the resolved ticket. Has someone had the same issue?
