I have setup the OOTB Jira/Azure connector in my Jira Cloud instance. Not sure why alerts being sent from Azure are not being created in Jira.
We are testing log alerts and metrics alerts, and the test firing says “Success” in Azure (with correct webhook linked).
Nothing is appearing my Jira instance’s activity logs, or anything. Not record, Jira-side, of an alert hitting it. Any next step guidance?
