Open an external URL when I click an issue action option in the forge custom UI

Hi all,

I want to add a new option called ‘Create Change’ in issue action item, please see as below. I have already added it with custom UI, but how can make it open an external URL when I click this option? Can we add onClick in the manifest.yml file?

I’d like to know this too, or at least how to navigate to a different part of the project I’m in.
