While iterating on a change to some code that deals with re-parenting pages I accidentally ended up with a page whose parent was a trashed (in the Trash) page.
It was a bit tricky to find this “orphaned” page as a user, I got to it via the trash (through its trashed parent).
I am fixing my code so it doesn’t end up parenting to trashed parents but was thinking that maybe the orphaned pages tool could detect this situation. It probably takes a bug to end up with a parent page that is in the trash but bugs happen. If someone has a trash can with a lot of pages in it they may never notice the orphaned page.
