I am creating a new Forge App and an external service, in external service i am storing reporter and assignee account id along with jira id and other fields, but in regard to user I am only storing account id, This account id I am storing so that I can resolve user in forge app using this account id, and show user information as required. So do I need to implement personal data reporting for my app or not.
