I’m moving my apps off the old UI Kit, and EVERYTHING needs changing. It’s no migration but almost complete rewrite of the app…
The API calls need to be moved to resolvers, state management needs to be updated accordingly. And once I got that to work, turns out my new UI is completely messed up, and nothing comes out-of-box in new UI Kit.
Now, I have to completely rethink my entire UI with Box, Inline, Stack and custom alignments, padding etc. Smallest things break, and ways to fix them are through trial and error.
This is an absolutely massive work that I severely underestimated - I already put more than 20h into just 1 app and am nowhere close to finishing. Makes me regret not going with CustomUI from start… Also, naming this Forge UI Kit 2 is misleading, it should’ve been named “Completely Different UI from UI Kit 1 That Will Give You A Lot Of Trouble” 
Therefore, I ask if it would be possible to grant an extension to the deadline for the migration to ensure smooth transition - at least till March 31st, 2025.
