Privacy & Security responses - why does it need to be approved?

I submitted the new Privacy & Security responses, but it says it needs to be approved.

Few issues/concerns:

  1. not sure why it needs to be approved when vendor is responsible for accuracy
  2. It gives me support ticket link, but I do not have access to that ticket
  3. Opened in incognito and responses are already visible to users before being approved. Is approval process being removed or what is happening?
