Public.POM Cannot be Found

I’m trying to build the Project Clone Plugin… however it wants to pull in “Public.Pom” and errors out because it can’t find this in the Atlassian Repo. Looking into the Repo, sure enough it is not there.

Where can I find this Public.Pom file?

I’m not sure I get the issue. Where is this Project Clone Plugin located? Is it Atlassian owned mini projects? And how is it pulling the “Public.pom”? Can you share any logs or relevant files to provide more context?
