Reactions: How to "like" content via REST API?

Hi there,

I want to like/unlike content via the Cloud Rest API. Couldn’t find a method in the REST API documentation.

Is this possible at the moment? If yes, how to do it?
If no, is there a feature-request yet (couldn’t find one)?

It seems “likes” (or better call it reactions) are not available so far.
