One of our Customers has reported extremely long update times for our plugin (about an hour). This issue seems to be specific to a single installation. What are the primary factors that could potentially affect the installation time of a plugin? Does the amount of content (plugin macros for example) affect the time it takes for a plugin to install? Is the plugin installation process documented by Atlassian somewhere?
