Request for App/Gadget Ownership Transfer – TestRail Testplan Viewer (Forge App)

Hello,

I am writing how to transfer ownership for a custom Forge app/gadget currently registered under a former employee’s account.

The employee is no longer with the company, and the app/gadget is still actively used on our Jira dashboards. We need to transfer ownership to an active employee or shared service account to allow continued management and deployment of the app. The gadget has stopped working and we would like to be able to fix it and update it.

Could you please assist us in transferring the app ownership.

Thank you for your response. Yes, I submitted a ticket to Atlassian Support yesterday: ECOHELP-161122
As of now, the ticket status remains New.
