It looks like a change rolled out has broken the Rovo app creation flow. I’ll raise an issue.

Welcome to the Atlassian developer community @ShubhangiVinodThakur,
That sounds like you don’t have Rovo enabled. Did you already enable a 30-day trial?
Hi all. I deployed a Forge Rovo agent, but am unable to install it onto an organization where I’m not admin due to an error that appears about insufficient permissions to install apps, prompting me to share an installation link with my admin instead. However, my admin visited the “Connected apps” section in Admin, and sees “User-Installed Apps” set to “ALLOWED”. We want to grant me the permission to install apps directly – does something else need to be changed? Thanks in advance!
Hello @aagrawal2 ,
I hope you’re doing well!
I’m new to Atlassian app development and want to get started with Rovo. During my research, I came across this page and another one you created for Rovo:
I want to make sure I’m starting from the right place. Could you please guide me on the best resources or starting point?
Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find up-to-date resources to kick off my journey. I even purchased a course on Udemy(https://www.udemy.com/course/jira-cloud-app-development-with-atlassian-forge/) last year, but it seems outdated, and the provider isn’t planning to update it.
I’d really appreciate your assistance to help me get on the right track. Thanks so much in advance!
Hi @AnsarRezaei
Welcome to Atlassian Dev Community!
Great to see you excited about getting started building Rovo apps. Since you are new here, I would recommend to get started familiarising yourself with our development platform, Forge. Using this, you will be able to build apps for Atlassian products like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Rovo. I have mentioned a few links from our documentation to get started in the post you mentioned. You can also checkout our Atlassian Developer YouTube channel where there are tonnes of resources. I would recommend to start with Customising Jira with Forge. This will teach you basics of Forge and give you some experience with Atlassian apps development. Once you feel comfortable, then you can delve into building Rovo apps using resources in the post you mentioned.
Enjoy!
