[REST API] /rest/api/3/workflows just started returning 401 Unauthorized

Hello,

Today we noticed that every request to the https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-workflows/#api-rest-api-3-workflows-post returns 401 code with body

Without any changes from our side. The problem occurred today and is still present on every environment (prod included) so this is a blocker for us, because customers cannot use our product.

Has Atlassian made any changes to this api?
