Restoring a previous version triggered page_updated webhook event twice

Issue Summary

Restoring a page from history triggered page_updated webhook event twice. The only difference between the two EVENTS is the timestamp.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install the Connect inspector in Confluence
  2. Open Page history
  3. Restore a version from history
  4. Check the webhook events, you may see that page_updated event was triggered twice

Expected Results

No duplicate events will be received.

Actual Results

Two events with different timestamps only were received within one second.

Workaround

No known workaround at the moment.
