Restricted email addresses in OAuth 2.0

Addition this topic OAuth 2.0 (3LO) apps don't have access to restricted email addresses it is not possibility to get restricted email addresses from OAuth 2.0
But are there any loopholes to still get non-public user mail in OAuth 2.0?

@ccurti Hello, currently, we use to connect to Jira Cloud, the authorization method is used using Connect apps. But this method is not convenient, also loading an app to Marketplace is pretty a long-term and difficult process.
We want to find more suitable and simple authorization method, which allows to collect non-public emails of users.
