Team, We have developed forge app for your internal use and i have installed it long time back in our one site thru the Developer console installation link and now i wanted that install it on the another site but when i tried to open the installatio link, its showing an blank page and not able to select the target site link to install the app.
Any idea why i see the blank page and how i can install that to anther site?

Hi Togesh, That doesn’t sound right at all.
Best to raise a help ticket and we can route to the right team to look at.
If you could provide the App ID and HAR file of it failing in that ticket, it will expedite things.
