When we place our forge app in the portal in the Request Detail Panel it gets placed below everything else: Status, Request type, Shared with and a marketplace app.
I want to place it before the marketplace app. Is this possible and if so how?

There isn’t a way to order portal request detail panels today, though that’s certainly a reasonable feature request.
As an alternative, we recently rolled out support for Forge Custom Fields on the JSM portal request view, which you can control the ordering of a bit more effectively.
It depends a bit on your exact use-case, but you could potentially re-implement your panel as a read-only field?
