I’m running into an issue with email exports in Confluence that I hope someone here can help with.
I’m a developer of the Markdown Macros for Confluence App which has an HTML macro. It renders perfectly in Confluence, including <style> tags and Flexbox formatting. However, when exporting the document as an email, the <style> tags are being stripped out. This breaks the formatting when viewed through the Scroll Viewport for Confluence Cloud App.
I’ve already confirmed that the output from our app includes a full HTML page with all <style> tags intact, so it seems the problem lies somewhere in Confluence’s email export process.
Has anyone else run into this issue? If so, do you know of any workarounds or fixes?
