Submitting Forge app : no access to my ecohelp jira issue

Hello,

I recently submitted my Forge application to be published on the Atlassian Marketplace. I received an email with a link http://go.atlassian.com/marketplace-support/ECOHELP-96521 but I don’t have access to the ticket that was created to track my request.

Could you please let me know how I can gain access to this ticket ?

I don’t see ecohelp space (only ecohelp-public) on Projects - Ecosystem Jira

We have also submitted an OAuth app and a ticket has been created for it. But I can’t access the ticket as same as above.

The app submission is created in a different account and I have requested access from it. Can you check and approve the access or provide the access for that user?
