Do you know what is the best way to integrate tickets created in Azure devops with Jira, and tickets created through Jira in Azure devops?
Has anyone used any plugin for it? If so, could you share your experience?
Here is my context: I am working with a partner that uses azure devops, and the company I work for uses Jira. So we need to have a sync manner to avoid recreating tickets in both platforms. THis means that if a specific ticket created by my team in Jira is supposed to be handled by the partner (who uses Jira), this ticket should also be reflected in their tool.
