The Forge MCP Server is now Generally Available!
We’re excited to announce that the Forge MCP Server has moved from preview to GA.
The Forge MCP Server is a remote service that enables Forge app developers to connect coding agents and IDEs to up-to-date Atlassian Forge and Cloud documentation, including markdown-based guides, module catalogs, and manifest references. It also provides search across Forge reference documentation and implementation patterns, helping streamline Forge app development in AI-powered workflows.
This GA release includes improvements to performance, reliability, and search relevance, making it even easier to build Forge apps with AI-assisted development tools.
