I’m personally committed to this idea. Shall we call it the “principle of explicit ownership”? It echos from this prior comment about how to organize CDAC:

If the CDAC is organized in a way that is convenient for Atlassian to monitor it, and if there is clear guidance for the rest of us, then there’s a good chance everything will come together well enough.

Making this principle real is a long-term project and could not be enacted fast enough to help solve for the Atlaskit problems. It’s not simply a technical matter of gathering data.
