I am trying to build Ui modification app . I use default template of Ui modification provided by forge in which context of project get stored on app installation hook ,app installed and context also saved But my oninit function not load on create issue screen is it I am doing something wrong ? I didn’t change anything except project id and issue key.

That’s strange. I posted an answer with an example and some troubleshooting questions here:
In this case, it turned out that the app was not installed for the projectId/issueTypeId/viewType in question. Uninstalling and re-installing the app with the required contexts is how the other developer managed to get the UI Modifications to load.
