Unable to create a new free Jira with Confluence Cloud developer instance

We are trying to create a new Confluence Cloud developer instance, but only Jira Software free trial starts, instead of an instance with free Jira Software, Jira Core, Jira Service Desk and Confluence subscriptions. As usual, we used the link Sign up - Try Atlassian Cloud | Atlassian mentioned on the getting started page.
/wiki context path shows only a dead link page template:

Here is what we see on the “Manage subscriptions” page:

It looks like a regular Jira Software free trial.

Adding @nmansilla @rwhitbeck since I guess this might be in their areas somewhere.

Oh and I get the same behavior.

Thanks for letting us know. I am also unable to get anything but Jira Software when creating an instance. We’re currently looking to get this solved ASAP.

Thanks again for reporting this! The fix is on its way later today.

Looks like it’s using the regular Cloud trial sign up again.
@rwhitbeck, @Andrew_Golokha Could someone please have a look?

Looks like it’s working as expected. I got all 4 products. They say free trial but will always say that… they don’t say developer instances. If you don’t go over 5 users for Jira, and Confluence and don’t go over 1 JSD user agent you won’t get billed.

Are you seeing something different?

Well, the sign up screen looks totally different than before and didn’t see any reference to developer instance (except in the query parameters) so I assumed it wasn’t working :relaxed:
Thanks for getting back so soon, have a great weekend!
