An error occurred while upgrading the forge app. I couldn’t capture it.
After that, the force app continues to repeat the permission request indefinitely.
When I try to remove it from upm, I don’t see the app in the list.
Installation ID cannot also be obtained from forge install list in cli environment.
And I can see 2 apps when I install them on the same site through cli. Even in this case, I only see one app in the upm.
It works well in staging and dev environments.
