Unable to generate API token for user provisioning REST API

Hi. I have Google Workspace set up as my identity provider and I’m trying to query the user provisioning REST API’s get users endpoint which requires a SCIM API key as a bearer token when authenticating the request.

I’ve tried following these guides but with no luck:

• Configure user provisioning with an identity provider | Atlassian Support
• Configure user provisioning with Google Cloud | Atlassian Support
• Atlassian Access APIs and user provisioning | Success Central

This is what my current admin dashboard looks like:

I’ve compared it to other screenshots and it seems like I’m missing the “User provisioning” tab on the left side panel.

I’m expecting to see something like this:

Not sure if it matters, but I’m using Atlassian Access, Jira Premium and Confluence premium.

It seems you have a Google Workspace integration and due to the integration is being done while using your Google Credentials the creation of the API key is not necessary and that’s why you don’t see the “Regenerate” option on your screen.
