I’m pulling out my hair here and asking for your help. We’re setting up Zoom to integrate with Confluence using an OAuth App - that piece is working. But on the Zoom side they are not seeing any of the new confluence spaces we have created. I am scouring the internet for any solution, I have deleted and re-created the integration on the Zoom side, we’ve ensured the permissions are the same for existing and new spaces, checked Atlassian community, asked Google and ChatGPT, etc. If anyone knows of something that is obvious that would cause some spaces to not be visible but others to show up, I would be be super thankful for the help.
We do have a ticket in with Zoom, and if they provide an answer, I can update this discussion for future folks.
For anyone to be able to help, you’ll need to provide a complete overview of the problem; what language / libraries / framework your team built this ‘OAuth app’ with, executable code examples of the app, API documentation you referenced, the testing methods your team has used, error logs or API responses etc etc.
Sorry, not trying to be difficult. This is a standard integration between Zoom and Confluence, so I don’t have any additional details on most of what you ask.
I’m simply seeing if there’s some obscure setting I’m missing that could cause some spaces to appear and some not. I apologize if this is the wrong place, I just cannot seem to figure it out.
