Just my 2 cent. I’ll might agree that the usage might be low. But replacing a Network CIDR search with a like search show that decision wasn’t influenced with knowledge about how networking / subnetting works.
The CIDR function allows filtering over IP ranges, for example "IP Address" IN CIDR("192.0.0.0/8")
If this is a form of search you require, as an alternative we suggest using LIKE to search for IP addresses in a particular range, e.g. "IP Address" LIKE "192.0.0".
Hi @tied! Thanks for the feedback. I should clarify, we understand this is not a 1 to 1 replacement and may only be useful in a subset of circumstances. I’ll update our change log entry to make this clearer.
