Upload a React App to Jira

Hello, I have been trying to create a Jira App for a few weeks now. Was not a big fan of how limited the Jira UI Kit/Custom UI Kit was, specifically when it came to css, so I’ve decided to use React. However, when I try and upload my React App to Jira, it asks for an app descriptor URL. The Jira documentation doesn’t specify how to do this. Anyone have any guides?
