User Installed Plugin Disappears in Jira Cloud

Hi,

My Team is facing a problem currently in which we are not able to access a custom plugin installed two weeks back. The plugin in question was loading in an iframe in view issue left panel. It was working properly until it wasn’t. There is no particular usecase after which the app disappears. Uninstalling/Reinstalling does not make the app to reappear. Creating a new cloud site and installing the same version of the plugin works. Is there any way to see why the plugin is not visible in few systems and not in others? I would really appreciate the help.

There’s not enough information in your post for the community to be able help. Is this Forge or Connect? Is the only functionality of the app provided in 1 iframe? To which UI module does the iframe correspond?

  1. The app in question is the connect app.
  2. The functionalities of the app is in two independant iframes.
  3. The UI module corresponds to the jiraIssueFields
