My Team is facing a problem currently in which we are not able to access a custom plugin installed two weeks back. The plugin in question was loading in an iframe in view issue left panel. It was working properly until it wasn’t. There is no particular usecase after which the app disappears. Uninstalling/Reinstalling does not make the app to reappear. Creating a new cloud site and installing the same version of the plugin works. Is there any way to see why the plugin is not visible in few systems and not in others? I would really appreciate the help.
