I was working in a Forge app - Custom UI - Jira global Page, in the app I am adding Users from Jira
Is this possible to show the app for the added Users only or showing a warning message like “You don’t authorize for the app”

Sorry, it’s not possible to entirely hide your app for some users and not others.
You would need to implement the logic in your Custom UI app to display the “You’re not authorised for this app” message to users who haven’t been added.
