Web Links in JIRA Cloud

Hi,

JIRA cloud just got updated and it now has a Web Links section. How do I hide it? I’ve looked around the JIRA settings but can’t seem to find a toggle for it.

Hi @JoelPatrickLlosa,

There may not be a way to disable the display of web links. Are you finding the view does not provide you with much value or is there some other reason you wish to hide it?

Hi @dmorrow,

Thank you for replying. Our Marvelapp plugin saves remote issue links (we followed this Jira REST API for Remote Issue Links) then displays a card image. The more card images we have, the more web links appear (please see attached image). It would be nice if we can toggle the display of the web links so that the Marvel cards can be seen right away.

Hi @JoelPatrickLlosa,

I’ve looped in the product manager responsible for web links so that he sees this valuable feedback. It may be possible to introduce an enhancement that caters for this.

Thank you @dmorrow. Was testing the Marvelapp plugin with JIRA server v8.5.3 yesterday and it’s interesting to note that there is a down arrow icon beside the “Web Links” text which toggles the display of the web links.
