Web-panel not visible in JSD customer portal versions 3.0.x and 3.1.x

Hi everyone,

I created a JIRA Service Desk UI plugin that I am showing in the JSD customer portal (servicedesk.portal.request.panels is a plugin point location). Everything is working great in JSD >= 3.2 (Jira >= 7.2) but in the previous versions - Jira 7.0 and 7.1 (JSD 3.0.11 and 3.1.10) my plugin is not showing.

Is it possible that web-panels are implemented starting from JSD 3.2.X ? I cannot find anywhere the official information about it.

If I look at the JavaDocs for JSD the first version is 3.2.x so I assume you’re right that the API for JSD didn’t arrive until 3.2.x
