What can I do if the client has not upgraded to new descriptor after 4 days?

Our new version of descriptor was released 4 days ago. However, we noticed that some instances are still on the old descriptor, while most of the clients have upgraded to the new version automatically.

Is there a way for me to trigger this upgrade? Thanks.

If you add permissions to the app, users have to manually opt in to an upgrade. You can’t trigger anything in that case. I would say your best bet is probably to handle the case in-app - if the app fails due to missing permissions, you show them a message asking them to upgrade.

If you didn’t adjust permissions, then they should automatically update. 4 days seems long for that, and I’m probably no help in figuring out what went wrong in that case, unfortunately.
