What is the complete tech stack for JIRA?

I think Jira is really great, and I’m keen to learn a bit about how it all fits together so I can develop my own thinking of how to build systems like JIRA.

Is there any page or guide that outlines what the tech stack is for JIRA? Perhaps that includes the what and why (what language for what features/APIs, and why it is used).
