What is the forge alternative for the staticContentMacros module?

I understand there’s no equivalent in Forge.

Are there any plans to implement a similar feature at the Forge? cc @AtlassianDeveloper

I cannot find anything like that in the Forge project. Please feel free to raise a suggestion.

Here are my investigation results.
The alternative can be macro with layout: inline config but there is a huge constraint - it supports only forge UI kit, which means you can use a super poor list of UI components to build the configuration of the macro

Hey @Alexandr,

With regards to inline macro support for custom UI, you can follow FRGE-511. FRGE-513 may also be worth following, as it tracks the need to deliver custom UI macro editor experiences.

For future reference, we have also created FRGE-1495 to track the request for static content macros in Forge.
