Thank you for checking, I don’t have example repo but below are the steps to reproduce the issue using our marketplace app -
- Install the app UpRaise People for Jira | Atlassian Marketplace
- After installing you will notice “UpRaise - Get started” menu item in top nav, setup the admin user and default timezone and after saving it will redirect to app page - company directory.
- Copy the URL from browser, open new incognito window and browse to the copied URL, so that there is no logged in user.
- Now it should show the error as I attached in first post
