XX version is outdated due to a deprecated platform component. The app developer needs to update it to a compatible version. Please ask your admin to check for updates or contact the app developer

The Forge UI Kit loads inconsistently—sometimes it works as expected, but other times I encounter the following error:

Sometimes, it’s keeping loading the UI components when I switch to another network.

Can you please raise a help ticket with us so you can provide more info about when you have a successful invocations vs when you have a negative case to help diagnose this issue.
