I am trying to develop a AI chatbot where it can answer questions based off past Jira issues.
Is there any options/recommendations on how to collect all of the past Jira issues and create index from it?
I could brute force download all of the Jira Issue content (Jira description, comments, certain fields) and put it into storage, and index from it, but I would like to hear from Jira & AI experts!
