App approved 2 months ago but still showing "pending approval" and not visible on Marketplace - App ID 3,190,412,188

My app was security-reviewed and approved on April 13, but the listing still shows “pending approval” in my developer console and is invisible to users on the Marketplace.

I’ve followed up three times on the original support ticket with no response.

App ID: 3,190,412,188
Approved: April 13, 2026
Status in console: Pending approval

Is there a separate publishing step I’m missing, or is this a stuck workflow on Atlassian’s side? Has anyone else hit this?

Just create a new ECOHELP ticket: https://developer.atlassian.com/support

Sometimes on the support tickets there’s a “Bounce to Atlassian” button. Generally if the status doesn’t say “New” or “Waiting for Atlassian” I assume they won’t respond.
