App rejected with no reason and unable to access ECOHELP space

We’ve submitted a Forge app and completed all required steps, including the privacy policy and security questionnaires.

However, I’m unable to access the approval ticket:

When I open the link, I get an “Access forbidden” page. I’ve already tried “Request access”, but it doesn’t resolve the issue.

I also tried to access https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/34/ECOHELP-111810

but same error

Could you please check whether my Atlassian account is added to the ticket or grant access so I can track the approval progress?

I have the same issue. One of my apps is constantly rejected with no reason, and another one is still waiting for approval. Have you received any comments?
