Apps fail to load due to timeouts

I’ve also noticed this.

It happens most often when loading multiple tabs simultaneously.

Massive bug.

Sorry @Martin.Alvarez, I didn’t get a notification on this. I apologize. We are still having issues and now with many more customers. But, in that case, as noted, it was Chrome that was the issue - Safari worked.

In the past week 2 of our largest cloud customers have reported similar issues. At least one seems to be happening consistently for some users but not for others. So it’s not intermittent for them in that way, so maybe its a caching issue of some sort? This is definitely about to cost us some serious cash if we lose these customers. :frowning:

We’ve been escalating each issue through @AnnaBarry (our partner manager) as well and encouraging them to open tickets directly with Atlassian support.
