Atlassian Design System - Question: Access rights to Brandfolder

Hi Atlassian Design System team.

I was unsure if this correct place to ask this. As I was browsing the Atlassian Design system website, and went to the Illustration page Foundation/Illustration page, there was a banner that " Our illustration libraries have moved to the Atlassian Brandfolder". I clicked the link and this banner appeared(please see screenshot)

I continued with creating an account, then it went to the Brandfolder website. From there I can see the folders of assets that are marked as private. I was a bit confused and would like to ask if it is possible to be accessed by everyone (if they going with creating an account from the banner). Could this Brandfolder website be accessed by anyone?
