Automatic rejection: invalid links

I tried to publish an application since sunday and still got the same issue:

This app isn’t available on Marketplace yet because it has been rejected by Atlassian for the following reason(s):

The app was rejected for the following reason(s):

Automatic Rejection - Invalid Links

I checked manually every single link/url in the submission and everything is working. Then, I tried to get support report the issue, contact the support and many other thing of the kind and only got the following url like this https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/forbidden with this text in the page:

No access

It seems that your account myemail doesn’t have access to the help center.
Try contacting your admins to grant you permissions.

Go to Atlassian Start

I got no option no help and this is the first app I would like to publish in the platform, so I am not knowlegeable enough.

Do someone has a solution about this topic?

The issue I got was solve like this:

  1. Go to your vendor marketplace
  2. Select the troublesome app
  3. Click on the option (triple dot) on the troublesome version and select version details
  4. Select the ‘Links’ tab
  5. To the question “Use a standard agreement as your End User License Agreement for this version?” select yes.

Normally if you want to “Provider-Specific Terms“ you should select ‘no’ to the point 5. Just don’t.

From my point of view

To understand the issue click on “View App”. Then at the bottom of the page, find “License agreement” and click on the second link (if you choose ‘no’ in point 5). There instead of opening the link, a popup page will show up. I think that’s the reason the invalid links automatically appears. Maybe it cannot access the link directly and just assume it is invalid.
