Bug - it's no longer possible to get current user in Jira mobile app

Hello,

we’ve found a bug in Jira mobile app (both Android and iOS): all of methods available on AP.user (getCurrentUser, getTimeZone, getLocale) no longer invoke the callback given as an argument. As a result apps using Issue Glance to render their content in Jira mobile app cannot obtain information about current user. Those methods work fine though on a desktop.

It is critical for us to get this fixed as our app stopped working due to this bug, and I’m sure several other vendors are affected as well.

I’ve created [JRACLOUD-74517] AP.user module unavailable in Android and iOS - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products. for this and will draw the Jira mobile team’s attention to it.
