Cannot create promotion codes (coupon-codes)

I’m currently not able to see my existing promotion campaigns. Also, the hosting types (Data Center, Cloud) do not show up in the filter drop-down:

Anyone else experiencing this right now?

Note: I have a few “promotions” going right now, but only for my “Data Center” Bitbucket apps. I have never run a promotion for any of my “Cloud” apps.

The promotions screen appears to be working normally for us. Existing Cloud promotions are displayed. The filter picklist has All Hosting and Cloud options.
