Cannot submit forms in Marketplace Support section of ecosystem.atlassian.net

Hi,

a team member and I are having trouble submitting ticket in the Marketplace Support section of ecosystem.atlassian.net – we always get the following the error message when submitting:

“This form contains a hidden field that does not have a valid default value configured”

We’ve tried submitting tickets on the following forms before giving up:

Can someone from Atlassian take a look at this? It does feel like a JSM configuration problem.
