Catalog snapshot REST API endpoint not working

Hello,

The latest catalog snapshot endpoint (marketplace/rest/3/reporting/product-catalog/latest) in Atlassian Marketplace REST API v3 started returning a 404 error with the following message a few days ago (since 10th of September on our end)

**{“message”:“No product catalog snapshot available in the last 7 day(s). Please try again later.”}
**
Can anyone help with this one please?

Welcome to the Atlassian developer community @YasJ,

I recommend you report that through developer support. If there’s an incident there, I did not see acknowledgement on the developer status page. Whether it affects all Marketplace partners or just you, I think this one needs someone who could look into back-end logs.
